It's still hot in the south, but that's ok. That wonderful fall weather will be here soon enough. I hope everyone is

We are gearing up for the festivals. All the sauces and salsa's are ready to roll. We have been experimenting on a new
BBQ sauce and a rub. We have the rub ready to be packaged, but still some work to do on the BBQ sauce.
A perfect tailgating food is wings. You can cook them ahead of time or on site. Pour some of
Bubba's Georgia Hot Wing Sauce on them and Humm Humm Good. It doesn't get much better than that. Just the right amount of heat and that great southern taste.
