This BBQ sauce is a true
South Carolina Low Country sauce. It has been handed down in the family for years. This
BBQ sauce does NOT contain any tomatoe sauce. It is a mustard and Apple Cider vinegar based sauce.
You may look at the picture and say, "but it looks red?". Your right it does have a red tint. But not from tomatoes. The
color is from the spices. Bubba has a secret blend of spices in the BBQ sauce to give it that kick.
This
sauce can be used in many different way. Below are some:
- Dip you BBQ ribs in
- Cook your ribs or other meat in the sauce
- Pour on your BBQ sandwich
- Marinade your chicken or pork before cooking
- Dip a ham or turkey sandwich in it
- Dip you chicken tenders in it
- Some folks just eat it straight out of the container
