Spring is finally here and the smell of lit grills are everywhere. We always use our grill no matter what the weather,
but there is something to not freezing while you run to check on the food.

This year should be extremely busy. I'll be updating the site with all the festivals and events we will be participating
in.

We are still working on a new sauce. We're torn between an sweet and sticky sauce or a North Carolina type sauce. Drop
us a line and let us know what you favorite is.
I hope just because is cold you haven't stopped cooking on the grill. We sure haven't. We love to fire it up when the
temp has dropped. Yes, it gets cold here in the south. We even got some snow this week. The kids just loved it. Their first
snow.

Start off the year right with some Low Country BBQ sauce. Remember it is good on more items than just BBQ. Bubba placed
4th in the Condiment catagory in the Scovie Awards. Its great on sandwiches and as a marinade.
