Corn Relish

Corn Relish
 
1 dozen ears corn (2qts - 3lbs)
1 head cabbage
3 red peppers
3 sweet green peppers
1 quart vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon celery seed
 
Blanch corn 2 minutes. Drop into cold water before cutting off cob. Chop peppers and cabbage. Cook all together 20 minutes. After you pack in jars, simmer 25 minutes.
