8 ounces Roquefort or bleu cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cider vinegar, or a little more if you want
1 small onion
1 tablespoon sugar
Dash garlic powder
Dash salt
Mix all ingriedients well and refrigerate for a few hours.
This can be used for a dip as well as salad dressing.
