1/3 c. salad oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyrne and mar joram
1/2 c. dry white wine
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover; let stand 2 hours.
Shake before using.
Substitute dry red wine when cooking dark meat or game.
