Pecan Macaroons with Chocolate

Pecan Macaroons with Chocolate
 
3 egg whites
2 squares melted chocolate
1 cup sifted 4X sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
 
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Stir in melted chocolate.
Drop by spoonfuls on shiny baking sheet rubbed with paraffin.
Bake at 325 degrees, about 10 minutes.
Never bake on wax paper.
Remove while hot.
 
Makes 4 dozen.
