2 lb ground beef
2 16oz cans Tomatoe Puree
2 cans Chili beans (brand doesn't matter, use your favorite)
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
Tobasco Sauce
Chili Powder
Chop the green pepper and onion to desired size. Place in pot and saute. Add 2 splashes of Tobasco sauce
and 1/2 tsb of chili powder while sauteing green pepper and onion. (Like hot stuff, add more Tobasco)
Once sauted to desired consistancy, place ground beef in pot.
Brown meat with green pepper and onion.
While meat is browning, add 4 splashes of Tobasco sauce and 1/2 tsb Chili powder.
After meat is browned, add the remainder of the ingredients.
Tomatoe puree
Chili beans (do not drain)
For an added touch, add a can of chopped or whole tomatoes.
Add additional Tobasco sauce and Chili pepper to desired taste. Remember you used these while cooking
the meat, green pepper and onion.
Let simmer for 30 mins to 1 hour.
