Peach Soup
 
 
 
1 pt. water
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 whole cloves
2 c. sliced peaches
2 c. white wine
Sugar to taste
 
Combine the water, spices and peaches in a saucepan and simmer until the peaches are tender. Press through a colander. Stir in the wine and sugar and heat just to boiling point. Chill. Serve in bouillon cups. Apple cider or grape juice may be substituted for wine.
