1 3 to 4-lb trout
Salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. shortening
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Wprcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of pepper
Place that trout in a greased, shallow pan and sprinkle with salt to taste. Saute the onion in the shortening
in a sauce pan until tender. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over the
trout.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
6-8 servings.
