Peanut-Marmalade Coffee Cake
 
 
 
2 c. prepared biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
 
Combine the biscuit mix with sugar in a bowl and cut in peanut butter.
Beat the milk and egg together and add to peanut butter mixture.
Beat for about 30 seconds.
Spread in a greased 10 x 6 x 2- inch pan and spread with marmalade.
Sprinkle peanuts over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
 
 
Icing
 
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk or water
1 tsp. vanilla
 
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle over warm cake.
6-8 servings.
